Writing IUP Browser driver

Hello All,

I just downloaded this .. iup-3.15_Sources .. Which folder should I concentrate on?  I have not done anything on IUP before, but I am willing to try it out. I am looking at C language side. What do you think?

I think we need a clear understanding in non-code format to determine what the IUP driver requires from its host.

I will send Antonio an e-mail asking for a refresh on his thoughts for this project.
