The O2 site did one of its mystery slowdown acts again. O2 is the only site that gets effected when whatever happens. I swapped the O2 IP with one of my spares and hope that resolves any future problems. Nothing else is unique to O2.

John,

I can see the Oxygen site and content pages in my Chrome and IE but I'm getting Error 404 in my Mozilla FF. The cache is clean yet no chance to get through to it.  :o

The IP change shouldn't have any effect on access (unless you are using the old IP directly) as I host my own DNS server.

Have you tried (assuming XP)

ipconfig /flushdns

Don't know what else to say ...

OK,

There's nothing new on their pages anyway so it's not so important for me right now. I'm going off the air and perhaps things will clear up a bit when I'm back a few hours later. There _are_ times when something in the air affects connectivity; hope the bad spell will just pass away in the meantime.
