Title: Tilemap library for the 8th programming library

Hi all,

I started working a tilemap programming library (https://www.dropbox.com/s/sj02l5u4be3mcpr/tilemap.zip?dl=0) for the 8th programming language. It's useable enough for creation of simple platform games.
