Title: Failure to Login

John,

Recently, I've started to experience occasional failures when logging in with my usual nick (actually, my given and last names) and password, like in the snapshot below. What do you think might be the cause?

I have the same issue and more prevalent on my phone. Seems to be a cookie that goes stale.
