I looked through this forum and it seems alot of the members of bp transferred here. I know I haven't been online in a while but I have been busy improving RC Basic. I have fixed alot of bugs and added new features as well as finally finishing the android port. I have also changed the website to a wordpress site that is way more appealing than the ugliness that was the old orange and brown site. RC Basic is available for download at www.rcbasic.com (http://www.rcbasic.com)

Welcome!
There is plenty of diversity to go around.

Thanks john. This seems like a pretty awesome community.

I quoted this and made an announcement on http://basicprogramming.pulsar2d.org/ (where the former bp.org forum is now hosted).

Thanks for reposting the link for the new PB.org (sub) forum.
Everyone must be on vacation. Seems awful quite over there.

I was thinking the same thing. The BASIC community in general used to be one of the most active communities on the Internet. I guess everyone is taking a hiatus like I did. I can't wait to see what they are working on.

Yeah, where the heck is everybody?
Oh, I replied a two year old post. Everyone's still gone?
-
I'm still here but most are still lurkers.
Hopefully you can get things going here again.
Thanks for joining us!

I'm still here, too.
I just don't have much to say.

A forum of silent BASIC developers. :(

Whatever happened to yabasic, that everyone loved so much? Was that big (v3?) update ever released?

That is a mystery I have yet to solve.

Some mysteries will be eternal.
Myself, I use a mix of ScriptBasic, QB64 and VB6 for *most* of my needs.
Sadly, I'm stuck with 'C' for Arduino and PIC, and it looks like I'm going to have to start using a mix of R and Octave for some scientific work.
I detest having to learn complete languages from scratch.
