Guys, I remembered today that there is already a CBasic, it was custom build for Graham based on the old iBasic that he had hired Paul Turley to make for him.
It stands for Creative Basic. Graham is a very nice guy and I am sure he would not fuss with us calling this project c-basic, but it is probably better to come up with a new name.
He might have even given his rights back to Paul, which would then have transferred to the new owners of ionicwind.

This is the C BASIC project not CBasic that PT or whoever created. C BASIC is very unique and not a language per say but a BASIC overlay to C.

Some names that I came up with:
C-NG (C next generation) or Cng
Cong ( C objective next generation )
Alt-C or altC

John then perhaps the cool logo should add the word project.

The only reason -project was added to c-basic on Google Code because the name was already used. I'm not changing anything and if Paul ever gets out of jail, have him talk to me about it if he thinks he has a valid beef. I doubt Paul registered or licensed anything and more than likely his products were created with stolen open source software.
