Title: New DOS going around

There seems to be a new method of bringing down sites. A flood of Apache connections are made but provide no request. Apache ends up stalling in a series of delayed timeouts.

The solution at this point is to lower the Timeout and raised the MaxClients values in the httpd.conf.
