Title: jcfuller intro (Ubx/Bcx)

My name is James C. Fuller and I'm not really sure why I'm here?
I took two version's of Bcx and added a few goodies that's all.
UBX is my Linux/Windows take on Armando Rivera's Mac port. I hope to get back to this soon.
